The history of ancient Egypt

Egypt's long history is filled with thousands of years. The history of the ancient Egyptians is looking back at an incredible civilization that became famous due to its art and architecture.
Egypt's history and culture is often divided into several periods: the old kingdom, the architectural era of the pyramids; the middle kingdom, which period provided an outburst in the literature and art indeed; and finally the new kingdom, the most powerful and the wealthiest period that produced great kings such as Ramses II and Queen Hatshepsut.
Ancient Egypt had been a cradle for so many well-known personalities still remembered today. A list of some of the most famous people of the Ancient Egyptian Society is hereby presented:
Narmer is known as Menes, who unified Upper and Lower Egypt and thus founded the First Dynasty, according to information on the Narmer Palette.
Khufu (Cheops): Regarded as the builder of the Great Pyramid of Giza and hence, remains a great figure regarding the building tasks in the Old Kingdom.
Hatshepsut: Among the few women pharaohs, she ruled during the New Kingdom and was known for her architecture and trade relations with other countries.
Akhenaten: Most appreciated for changing the country’s religious practices by introducing the worship of a single deity, the sun disk termed Aten, associated with him is also a different artistic approach to Akhenaten.
Tutankhamun, the “Boy King,” is often in the headlines, especially after the ruin of his tomb was recovered in 1922, bringing with it a lot of wealth and information about the burial customs of ancient Egypt.
They worshiped multiple gods and goddesses, and their mortuary practices were hugely dramatized, giving a more-than-real afterlife to the deceased. The monumental construction of temples and tombs unveiled the architectural prowess of the civilization and the propulsive, otherworldly conviction of the culture.
Much of Ancient Egypt's history remains a mystery and is now often viewed as more approachable, with the genius of that great civilization still evident in modern art, architecture, and culture. The study of Egypt's ancient past reveals some of the enormous pyramids, meticulous hieroglyphics, and great structures of governance and religion that stand to this day in testimony to human ingenuity.
