Itinerary
You will be picked up from your Luxor hotel early in the morning by a representative of Rotana Travel then transfer to Luxor International Airport for a flight to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo, you will be met and transferred to start a visit to the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. You'll then go to the Great Sphinx, the fantastic statue with the head of a pharaoh and a lion's body from the time of Chephren. The tour will also lead you to the Valley Temple connected with the Pyramids of Chephren, lunch will follow at one of the local restaurants in Cairo. Proceed to the Egyptian Museum, which contains the world's largest collection from the Pharaonic Period. It possesses an outstanding collection of 5,000 years of art-the largest and most valuable collection of Egyptian art in the world. You will get to witness more than 250,000 real exhibits, among them a separate exposure of the treasures of Tutankhamun that lay untouched in the tomb for more than 3,500 years until their discovery in the 1920s. Later on, you will go to Khan El Khalili, Cairo's historical bazaar.
