A fully air-conditioned vehicle will collect you from your hotel or a central Luxor cruise ship for an early morning collection, then whisk you away to the take-off site, which is on the west bank of the Nile River. Upon arriving at the take-off site, you may have a light snack and refreshment while getting acquainted with your experienced pilot and ground crew, you will have an overall safety briefing by your pilot and the other passengers before stepping into the solid basket. Start building your anticipation as the colorfully painted balloon soars into the dark in a flight of about 30 to 45 minutes. Enjoy the panoramas presented during the flying as the sun rises over the East Bank of the Nile.

See how the light gradually discloses section by section the great mountains and buildings of Luxor and take shots of those breathtaking panoramic views. Further to the east, giant columns of the Karnak Temple greet the rising sun, while to the west, there opens a breathtaking view of Queen Hatshepsut's Temple bathed in the early morning sun and demanding attention, you will see the Colossi of Memnon that stand stoically in the surrounding fields, the Valley of the Queens nestled in the mountains beyond, with the wind in your favor, you can even drift over the Ramesseum-great funerary temple of Pharaoh Ramses II down above the pylons, statues, and courtyards.

A ground support van and crew will then follow your balloon throughout your flight and be prepared to welcome you at touchdown. After your gentle touchdown, you will step back onto Terra Firma and receive a flight certificate to remember your flight

Lastly, you will be taken back to Luxor, where, after the experience, you'll be dropped off back at your hotel or ship to have breakfast, with time to freshen up before morning tours.
