Tips given throughout the tour
Itinerary
Transfer to the Cairo bus station, catch the bus to Marsa Matrouh, and catch the next bus to Siwa Oasis. Meet & be assisted by our representatives.
Overnight Camping.
After breakfast, you'll visit Dead Mountain, it was named for its ancient burial sites. This rocky outcrop is home to tombs dating back to the Pharaonic era, the Old Fortress of Shali, and from the top, stunning views unfold over the oasis and the desert beyond. This side is especially good during sunset. Then, the Oracle Temple—the coronation hall of Alexander the Great—and after that, what remains of the Amoun Temple. Then there is Dakrour Mountain; you can go there for hiking or sandboarding. It is also a very famous mountain for its natural hot springs.
Breakfast, afternoon, start by car to the lakes of Bir Wahid to enjoy swimming, stop to collect shells from the Fossils Mountain.

Then enjoy watching the sunset from the highest place around Siwa and having dinner around the fire, It is a very perfect place to relax
Breakfast, drive over the highest sand dunes—approximately 80 M—in the western desert to the east.
Swim in Abou-Shrouf, the biggest & cleanest spring; it is sulfurized water good for the skin and rheumatism. Then visit Zauton, the old village of Abou-Shrouf, to see the Roman olives' oil press & black Roman tomb, then the newly found Roman tombs full of skeletons.
Return to Siwa via Koraishet Spring & Ein Safi, the Pure Spring.
Overnight Camping.
Breakfast; the bus to Matrouh leaves at 10:00 am, arrives at 2:00 PM. Then, take the next bus to Cairo, leaving at 5:30 PM.
Children policy
- Children under 2 years of age can travel free of charge with their parents.
- From 2 to 6 years old: 25% of the adult price
- From 6 to 11 years old: 50% of the adult price
- Children aged 12 and over travel at the same fare as adults.
